DriveNote

This policy describes what data DriveNote processes, why it is processed, and how to contact the service about privacy matters.

1. General provisions

This policy applies to the mobile app, web interface, admin panel, API, and related DriveNote functionality.

By using the service, the user agrees to data processing required to operate the product, secure the account, and fulfill service requests.

2. Data categories

Account data: name, email, authentication details, login metadata, and account status.

Technical data: IP address, User-Agent, device information, push token, error logs, and security-related API data.

User content: vehicles, mileage, trips, expenses, fuelings, service records, documents, receipt photos, and other uploaded files.

3. Purposes of processing

Account access, synchronization, analytics, reports, reminders, and the core DriveNote experience.

Technical logs are used for diagnostics, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

4. Disclosure and storage

DriveNote does not sell personal data. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers used for hosting, file storage, email, push notifications, and Google or Apple authentication.

Some providers may process data outside the user’s country. Reasonable security and access controls are applied.

5. User rights

Users may request access, correction, updates, restriction of processing, or deletion where retention is no longer legally required.
